Amazing service! The owner was super responsive and they went above and beyond to take care of our pool while we were out of country. Pricing is reasonable and our pool was pristine. I loved that they'd send pictures so I could check on the pool even though I wasn't there.

When they named the company, they named it correct. Since we’ve been using PoolJoy, we’ve had nothing but Joy. It started with the Green to clean, which worked absolutely fabulous in getting our pool back in shape. They did such a fabulous job of restoring our pool that we switched to using them for our weekly maintenance. Their technicians are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a problem PoolJoy takes care of it.

Where do I start, we just started service with Pooljoy this April. It’s been 2 weeks and our pool has gone from green back to almost crystal clear. Nick is great at communication and has been a huge help along the way. Gabe, our technician, has done a fantastic job cleaning and working on our pool. I found Pool Joy after we had experienced several troublesome relationships with pool service providers. We had a great guy that we worked with for years, but when he retired, we had such a hard time finding the right place. PoolJoy has been that safe space for us. It's not been a perfect journey, but when things have gone wrong, they have made it right. I like that they market themsleves as the non-pool company pool company. They seem to use common sense and reasonableness much more often than the other providers we have used. They are also reasonably affordable.

Great company to work with. They will solve problems instead of blaming others and over charging you. Highly recommended.
