When they named the company, they named it correct. Since we’ve been using PoolJoy, we’ve had nothing but Joy. It started with the Green to clean, which worked absolutely fabulous in getting our pool back in shape. They did such a fabulous job of restoring our pool that we switched to using them for our weekly maintenance. Their technicians are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a problem PoolJoy takes care of it.

Where do I start, we just started service with Pooljoy this April. It’s been 2 weeks and our pool has gone from green back to almost crystal clear. Nick is great at communication and has been a huge help along the way. Gabe, our technician, has done a fantastic job cleaning and working on our pool. After looking at a few pool companies and their reviews, we went with Pooljoy for their high reviews which was the best choice. Great prices, great guys, and a great business. Would highly recommend!

I found Pool Joy after we had experienced several troublesome relationships with pool service providers. We had a great guy that we worked with for years, but when he retired, we had such a hard time finding the right place. PoolJoy has been that safe space for us. It's not been a perfect journey, but when things have gone wrong, they have made it right. I like that they market themsleves as the non-pool company pool company. They seem to use common sense and reasonableness much more often than the other providers we have used. They are also reasonably affordable.
